Razor Barb

Manufactured to the highest quality standards and in compliance with UK Government specifications, our razor barb is available in either Galvanised or Stainless Steel.

The product consists of steel strip which is die-stamped to create razor sharp barbs at regular intervals and formed around a core of high tensile steel wire. The angle of the barbs is specially produced to provide a formidable barrier, impossible to gain handholds at any point along its length.

Available in short or medium barb profiles and coil diameters of 455mm, 710mm or 965mm, each concertina coil has 56 loops per coil and will typically span as follows;

  • 455mm - 8-10m
  • 710mm - 10-12.5m
  • 965mm - 10-12.5m

However, galvanised security wire is often more suitable for lower security requirements.

You can opt for short or medium razor wire fencing profiles when you come to us here at Siddall & Hilton, and we also offer coil diameters of 455mm, 710mm or 965mm. Our barbed wire fencing coils have 56 loops per coil.
